*Detox from sugar for 14 days, Join this retreat which includes a 3 week post retreat programme and accountability call.

Price for this retreat includes:

A personalised 14 day retreat programme to support diabetes and sugar cravings, we remove and reintroduce sugar foods  in a safe controlled environment and before you return home.

Follow up 4 week at home sugar detox reintroduction plan and support. Ensuite accommodation with power shower or bath, luxury bedding, bath robes and towels, all meals and snacks and drinks prepared to your dietary requirements, between 4- 6 hours activities per day, group behaviour, hypnotherapy and cookery workshop, 2 complimentary body treatment, welcome pack and Goody Bag including t-shirt.

*retreats start on the first day at 4.45pm and finish at 9.30am on the last day, there are activities on both of these days*
