A super simple smoothie to make, using the frozen berries gives a great semi-frozen texture. The flax seed and spinach add fibre and protein to this smoothie making it a well balanced afternoon snack. Squeeze the grapefruit juice and hold back half a cup of coconut water. Blitz everything in Vitamix or smoothie maker.
Couldn’t be more simple… juice the pepper, cucumber, spinach and apple then top up with coconut water. Enjoy x
