In keeping with our ethos, all the drinks and meals we serve on our retreats are freshly prepared using seasonal, local and (where possible) organic ingredients, and we can accommodate all dietary needs.
Learning to live by the 80/20 rule mean eating cleanly 80% of the time, allowing yourself treats for 20% of it and cutting the CRAP (Carbonated Drinks, Refined Carbs, Artificial Sweeteners and Processed Foods).
Menus include a variety of dishes, from one pot wonders to simple salads and new twists on puddings and healthy snacks, and you are given recipes, shopping lists and meal planners to support you when you get home.
